In OutReach Lite, SKU wise closing stock is captured for each distributor – either through a call-center, or, through distributors/ASOs direct entry over the Internet. Secondary sales are calculated from opening stock, primary sales and closing stock.


All analysis in OutReach Lite is based on calculated sales data. The limitation of the system is in granularity of information. However, with SKU wise summary information at distributor level, some of the most important functionalities of OutReach Enterprise can be performed – e.g., secondary sales planning and continuous replenishment.


It makes practical sense for a manufacturing company to deploy OutReach Enterprise at its big distributors, while coving smaller distributors with OutReach Lite. At the central sales portal, information coming from both OutReach and OutReach Lite are collated to give a nationwide coverage.


OutReach is the comprehensive downstream supply chain management solution from Ubq. With a local installation at each distributor, it captures each transaction between the distributor and retail outlets (secondary sales).
